Webhook randomly gets deleted

Hi,
I have a specific webhook created in my account.  The setup is very simple -- only a URL, applied to All events, and notify on attendee.updated.
The problem is that it randomly goes away about once a month or so and needs to then be re-created.  I'm thinking to automate the validation/creation process, but just wondering if anyone else has seen this or possibly knows why this could be happening?
