Wrong Email on Ticket Registration Form

The ticket registration form is automatically inserting my (the organizer's) email into every ticket, so the registrant is not receiving the confirmation or ticket. It is being sent to me. Not sure how this happened or how to fix it.  Was not happening with initial registrants.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

This is not something I programmed into the order form.  When setting up the form, I did indicate that they would have to include their email address. However, it seems that my email address is auto-filling as the only option when they try to put in their email address.

I have same issue and their contact us page is just a series of articles, none of which address this issue. There is no functional chat support or an email address. We have a paid account so you would think there would be some level of support!! thx C

For support questions, it'd be best that you reach out to our Customer Support team: www.eventbrite.com/support/contact-us. Be sure you are logged into your Eventbrite account when you visit the Contact Us page so you can access support.

I will say, it sounds like you may be sending your personal invitation link, which will pre-populate your email address at checkout. This is because email invitation links are unique and only intended for use by the recipient. Your event URL, which is shareable and specific to your event, can be found at the bottom of the Event Dashboard under “Your event URL”. Did this ever get resolved?? I am having the same issue and have also discovered eventbrite has literally no way I can get help from them. To be honest I might see if I can find a new event organising programme in future. The shear lack of support is ridiculous!
