API in app developer failing to fetch events

Hello,

I would like to know if it is an Eventbrite configuration issue with my API Key. Also I tried using the private token to bypass the issue and that also did not work. Please advise. 

The error messages I am receiving:

Error: 500: {"error":"Failed to fetch events: NOT FOUND"}

Make sure you have a valid API key configured. If the problem persists, please try again later.
