Webhooks are not triggering for every ticket purchase

Hey everyone, 

We are using webhooks with the action set to "order.placed" to get the ticket purchases into our database (Airtable). We noticed that not all ticket purchases are being triggered. Has anyone else faced this issue? Were you able to resolve it ? 

We also tried to get the data via API and we got the same results as the web hooks which doesn't match the ticket numbers on our dashboard.

It is not something that we can resolve as developers - it is entirely an EB issue. Their dev team has acknowledged the issue and have said that it will be resolved by this weekend.
