Sandbox for submitting fake credit card transactions?

Is there a sandbox mode available where we can submit fake credit card transactions so we can test integration of the payment data with our external system?

Sorry for the delay in response here.

At this time, it's not possible to place test orders VIA the API using a fake credit card number.
