Constant '429 Too Many Requests'

Hello,

For the last few days we've been receiving constant '429 Too Many Requests' when requesting the http://www.eventbriteapi.com/v3/events/search endpoint, are there any known issues?

We're not hitting the rate limits unless our key has been hijacked, however I've tried multiple keys and I still get the same response.
