Hi,

Is it possible to set an "Internal Event ID" on an Event (somehting like a PO) and retrieve it as well with every sales order ?
The Event ID should not be shown to ticket purchaser.
Is there an option to show this Internal Event Id for the Event Manager on the Frontend?

thx,
  Florian.

Hi Florian,

Thank you for reaching out! We do not offer a way to set an "Internal Event ID" via our API at this time, I'm sorry.

What would be your use case be for the "Internal Event ID"? Let me know and I will provide a workaround, if possible, or file a feature request for consideration.

Best,
Natalie

Hi Nathalie,

The Use-Case for an "Internal Event ID" would be that we store the Red Bull Event Id on the Eventbrite Event and when we get Orders exteracted via API we can match the Event with our Internal Red Bull Event.
Any Field on the Front-end we can use for this ?

steps:
EventCreator - creates an event and adds to a field called "Red Bull Event Id" - the ID: 12345
Consumer - purchases a ticket, and does not see the Red Bull Event ID anywhere
Red Bull Backend - receives a webhook and does an getOrder API call - this response should contain the Red Bull Event ID 12345 so that we can match the Sales Order to our Red Bull Event.

Any idea ?

thx,
   Florian.
