Hi, we are facing an issue with the API limit rate.
Response: {"status_code": 429, "error_description": "You have hit the rate limit.", "error": "HIT_RATE_LIMIT"}
As far as we understand we have a 2k hourly and 48k daily limit and in theory, our app is not sending that amount of calls.
Is there a way that you can double-check if indeed we are having an issue? Also, we like to know at what time the daily limit is reset.
