Eventbrite Events WordPress Plugin: Single Events Pages 404 not found

Hi,

I recently finished migrating off the EventBright platform over to a self-hosted WordPress site, which is basically a copy of the EB (previously TicketFly) website, using this guide: https://sites.google.com/eventbrite.com/client-eb-powered-websites/client-sops/hotk/

Everything works well, including the modal ticket purchasing box, except for the single listing pages, which return a 404 not found.

This is the URL structure they use: /e/event-name-103468515114/

The website is https://www.oncesomerville.com/

Clicking on any event will return a 404 not found.

I am thinking/hoping this is just an htaccess issue?  Does anyone have any ideas?

The organization name is "ONCE" and I believe the organization ID is 282411557933

update: due to the 404 errors and events we are actively selling tickets to, I've repointed the domain back to the TicketFly version of the website. If anyone from EventBrite or TicketFly sees this thread, please advise as to what may be causing the 404 errors. Support for the TicketFly based website will cease to exist on April 1.

Hello,

Since you've pointed your domain back to the EB-powered version of the website, we're unable to see the issue so it's a bit difficult to troubleshoot. With that said, here are some tips we typically give regarding the Event Detail Page (EDP) for those utilizing the HOTK option.

1) The page title must be Event

2) The permalink must be /e/

3) The page must be using the [eb_event_details] shortcode

4) The page role must be set to Event Details

I've attached a screenshot of what a typical EDP page looks like in the wp-admin.
