Feature Request: ability to access an event's waitlist

Hi!

Just like to make a feature request for read access of an event's waitlist.

We've built a custom app to check people in to our events, but sometimes people on the waitlist show up to see if they can get a spot. Would be cool to have API access to the waitlist so we can manage this more easily.

I really need to manage waitlists via the API. I don't get why this hasn't been added, makes be think I'm missing something obvious

Has this been updated yet?  We are trying to automate the waitlist process so we do not need to manually release the tickets to users on the waitlist.

We need API access for waitlists too, it's ridiculous we have to manage waitlists manually wasting dozens of hours of marketers time.
