Webhook stopped working

Everything was working fine up until Sunday. 
What changed was that I removed the /version-test webhook from eventbrite.
And I had a employee accessing eventbrite through her lower tier role.
Since then the webhook is not working.
It's working fine sending a test, it logs both at Eventbrite and in my platform.

But an order placed or an order refunded is not logging in evenbrite webhooks nor in my platform. 

I've rebuilt the webhooks from scratch both at eventbrite and in my platform but the issue is still the same.

We have the same issue with a couple of our events. Seems that for a full day now, webhooks are not triggered when order.placed.

+1 to this. It was fine until Sunday. Seems to be affecting every action for every event.

I experience the same issue, I was alerted to it this morning by a user and looking at the logs the eventhook has not been firing upon subscribed events since January 11. I tried recreating the eventhook, but that did not fix it. The testing function still works, as does refiring historic trigger events from the eventhook log.

Overnight the webhook resumed and barfed out all the events from the last several days. Everything seems to be back and running for us.

And all of a suddon, 2 hours ago, we see new webhooks being triggered. I still need to check if all orders are processed for each client, but at least something is moving on our end

A lot of webhooks have been coming through over the last 48 hours, but that's more likely my test orders that's coming through with a delay.
I can not get order.placed and order.refunded to work when I test them now, are you still saying it works for you?

I raised the issue with my account rep at EB. They acknowledged the issue and said that the webhooks would be 'all caught up' this weekend. It has been a huge problem for us as well.
