German version of etm

Thanks to Martin, a new, mostly complete German translation file has been incorporated into etm 2.1.5. If your locale name is de_DE when you start this new version, all the German translations will automatically be included. Other users will notice no changes. See the help information under the language folder on the web site for details and the attached screen shot for an example of the changes.
