Used Time Detail and Summary Reports

Two standard views have been added to etm as of 4.0.0a64 to show monthly used time reports. The first shows item level details by month and day. Items in this view can be selected and edited as with other item views. Here is an example of this view:
The second shows aggregates by month and index:Index entries take the form "client:project" in this example. All that is needed to see these views is to press "u" and "U" respectively. Left and right arrow keys go backwards and forwards, respectively, by one month.
