Default username and password?

Just built the latest dev branch, now I'm asked for a username and password from the web UI. What are the defaults?

"The server http://localhost:2113 requires a username and password. The server says ES."

Andrew,

I've reverted my recent changes on projections  causing this. This part is not yet ready.  

You you be able to use the UI without authentication now.
