Heartbeat timeout documentation

In the reconnections section of the dotnet client documentation on connecting to a server, it is specified that the heartbeat timeout must be longer than the heartbeat interval. However, in the heartbeat timeouts section of the server docs and in the server's interface options arguments that isn't the case. Should it be, or are the recommended heartbeat settings on the client different that on the server?
