New To Calendar Flairs - How to create and host my own

I use google calendar for both my business and personal appointments and would love to create my own flairs. Can someone explain very simply how to do this? Where do I put them once I have the flairs that I want? How do I add them to my calendar?

Any suggestions on where to get good flairs?

Also, is there an Android app that will show the flairs as well?
