Unable to install event flair

I've been trying to reinstall event flair which I used to have on the old google calendar. I've followed the link in the instructions but I am brought back to my calendar and no dialogue box and invitation to install anything follows. I've removed the old event flair but no change. Anyone able to advise?

I am having the same experience. I am not at all familiar with flairs, so bear with me. I am using Brave, a Chromium-based browser. When I access the install links, I get the exact same result as the OP, my calendar opens, but there is no prompt to install anything. I have turned off all ad blocking, allowed all scripts, etc., still no love. Help?

have you not read the [zillions of] earlier posts???  the flairs are no longer supported.  google's changes do not allow the flairs to work. they are history.  period.  move on.  no, there's no "work around".

But frankly event flairs were the single most useful feature of google's calendar, the reason to use it over others  Color coding on a page makes it possible to take in a great deal of information at a glance, whether for a day or a month. I will not stop asking to get flairs back. They were the easiest way to sort events, because they were visual.

Please, someone get them back!

There are other ways to get flairs on your Google calendar that have nothing to do with this private party's program that no longer works with Google calendar. Scroll (way) back on this and other related threads.

You can add extension called "Emoji for Google Chrome"...not the same experience but same as flairs...I hope that helps.
