Event flairs for New android Google Calendar

I really need to know if your event flair will work with Google Android calendar. Just updated phone and Samsung calendar no longer has event icons. This is a feature many people including me really liked and used.

Of course you can see the Google Calendar flairs. All you need to do is install the Google Calendar app from Play Store (link).
