tac_plus-ng enable 15 = login not working

I may have missed this elsewhere, but haven't been able to figure out why it isn't working.  
I am trying to convert my old tac_plus  config to tac_plus-ng  and have been able to get everything working except the enable password.  what did I miss?

nevermind.  I figured it out.  that directive was moved under the host / device section.  once I added it there and retested it worked.

seems to work fine for me, both in user and host context. Please provide a sample configuration that helps me to reproduce the issue.

I did some playing around with the config and got it to work with the profile / group.  I think I figured out what I did wrong.  Thanks for responding to me.   I have been using tac_plus for a few years now and am trying tac_plus-ng out.  Looks good so far.
