After running configure, make won't finish compiling.

I've run
./configure mavis mavisd spawnd tac_plus

and then I run
make

On the end I get the error:
make[3]: Entering directory `/tmp/tac_plus_src/PROJECTS/build/linux-3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64-x86_64/mavisd'
mkdir: invalid mode ‘-p’
make[3]: *** [/tmp/tac_plus_src/PROJECTS/build/linux-3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64-x86_64/fakeroot/usr/local/sbin] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/tmp/tac_plus_src/PROJECTS/build/linux-3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64-x86_64/mavisd'
make[2]: *** [install_stage] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/tac_plus_src/PROJECTS/build/linux-3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64-x86_64/mavisd'
make[1]: *** [build] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/tac_plus_src/PROJECTS/mavisd'
make: *** [dirs] Error 1

Without configure, it runs without problem.

I use Centos 7, and release is DEVEL.201611061407

Thanks for help.
