recurring events

Hi,

is it possible to define recurring events, that should like repeat
every year on the same date?
I havnt found anything for that but there could be some attribute
"recurring", when set to true the event will show up on every year.

At the moment i would need to add the events manually, be it cron job
or by hand.

I had exactly the same problem few days ago, and here is my solution https://github.com/ArturG/Recurring-events/blob/master/app/models/event.rb

I'm new in rails, so probably it's not the best option

Anyway i hope that it help to someone
