FAQ – Troubleshooting

The Google Play link shows an error like “We’re sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server.” or "App not available"

This usually means the Google account on your device is not yet part of the tester group. Please follow these steps carefully:

Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account used on your Android phone when you join the Google Group.

Join the tester group here:

After joining the Google Group, tap one of the links below to opt in:
👉 Play Store Link on Android
or
👉 Play Store Link on the Web

Once opted in, install the app from the Play Store.

The beta version does not appear immediately:

- Wait 5–10 minutes for Google Play to refresh access

- Force close the Play Store app

- Reopen it and check again
