HELP! I own a sucessful Dessert Catering Business - specializing in Custom Dessert Buffets for weddings, corporate events, etc. For the last year I have been working with 2 other ladies p(friends). Each of us started our own businesses years ago and came together under one unified name in order to participate in a Bridal Show last year. Since them the business has grown by leaps and bounds and at the beginnin of the year my two friends/partners decided to become "sub-contractors/preferred vendors" to the company rather than partners (reasons having to do with taxes, etc. NO falling out).
I have not had to work with sub-contractors until now and I'm looking for help/direction in Sub-Contract Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Etc.
When a client contacts me for cakes, desserts, etc. I need to be able to contract others for those services seeing that I myself do not bake. I need to have something in writing with other businesses that protects me and my brand/business.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
