It is currently possible to do this through the admin interface (though it is cumbersome). You can, of course, develop your own tools for doing so using Django, since the web framework Evennia uses is Django.

It should be noted, though, that there is an issue between the portal and server caching mechanisms that will cause problems with this for now.
