When it does fail, what happens if you view source on the URL in a browser?

A group of my friends gave me an excel doc, which imports the following 5 connections:

Originally the doc worked fine, refreshing the connections would pull the date, however recently (and only on my copy) I get "No elements mapped" & "No data was imported or only some data was imported"

I have tried everything to get it to work, including a complete system reinstall. If I create a new excel doc, and place the above links in it, it will pull the data once, then no longer work. When I view the connections it shows the up to date info, but does not update the excel table.

Any ideas? I'm really stuck on this. Possibly a caching error?

It works fine. I think this is more a problem on my end, but I know others who have had the problem... no solution was ever found.
