ImportXML command error

I am using a simple importxml command and recieve the error "Could not fetch URL:" the command line will work when i write it, but when i reopen the document it no longer works. or it will stop working while writing another command line.

Please help me solve this

I am having the same problem with the command of

=IMPORTXML("http://api.eve-central.com/api/marketstat?usesystem=30000142&typeid="&B2,"//buy/max")

Where B2 is the Item ID (same problem if the item ID is hard coded)

I'm having this problem too, the only thing that fixes it is copy pasting the URL back into the cell, which is annoying when I have to do it every five minutes.
