Databases used by EvFold.

Hello,

I'm triying to repoduce the results obtain by the authors with URAA_ECOLI.

But I'm not able to get the same MSA. I've tried with jackhmmer and hhblits by using same parameters than evfold.

Maybe I'm not using the good database (DB)! I've tried with uniref 100 and uniprot swissprot!

Which DB is used by evfold?? I didn't find any details about this?!
