how to interpret the different Contact Maps and Hot spot table

Dear All,

I've been using the Evfold website and getting some interesting data out, in order to fully understand numbers I have a couple of questions:

- Regarding the Contact Maps, what is the significance of using different number of constraints ? I see that is depicting different levels of correlation, but how can one decide what to choose and what does it means in terms of % of correlation?

- in the Hot spot table, how is the EC strength and the EC count? I thought the later one was depicting the number of EC point identified in the contact maps, but when counting them in the EC list the numbers don't fit.
