Upload MSA to EVcoupling

Hi all,

I have a question about uploading MSA to EVcouplings. I used a custom-made MSA containing 660 sequences and the EVcouplings server ran through the calculations with no problem. However, it turns out EVcouplings only used 415 out of the 660 sequences in the MSA I uploaded to do the calculation. Does the server filter the sequences in the uploaded MSA using some criteria? If yes what is it?
