issue with "image view" tab

I am a user of EVfold (online server) and I am experiencing the following issues:

- I ran the new "EVcouplings and EVfold". I am mainly interested in the sequence alignment and visualizing it using the "image view" tab available in the alignment viewer. Whenever I try to visualize it in "image view" I get no image (see screenshot attached). I tried it in different computers and I get the same. I was wondering if there could be a problem with some specific setting or EVfold itself.

- I recently also used the "legacy EVcouplings". I set up a run but it looks like it was never done, the status for all results are still "in progress" after days. Again, I was wondering about what the problem could be with it. See attachment "legacy".
