Hi everyone,

I was trying to run independent 6 EVcoupling, unfortunately all jobs stopped with this error:

progress stopped in : mapping indices

Do anybody knows why? Would it be possible to resume the run?

Hi,

Same issue here. I submitted a kinase domain sequence to EVcoupling. It was 365 residues in length, in raw format. I used default options, and included one known structure (4zau) for mapping.

It produced a beautiful MSA, but the Evolutionary Constraint (EC) Table was never completed. I don't see anything related in the FAQ list.

Any suggestions about the potential cause or solutions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the same issue. After the MSA it stops with "progress stopped in : mapping indices" status.

For those of you encountering this error, check the sequence of your PDB relative to your reference sequence. My initial PDB had several slightly different residues. Changing to a PDB with an identical sequence fixed the problem.
