How do you build the portfolio?

You must follow the structure of the portfolio detailed in unit 4, chapter 3. It must contain: Index of Contents, Brief Resume, Learning Achieved, Portfolio Inventory (with a list of instances of evidence) and Declaration by Learner.

At the end of the portfolio you can put the section with name "Annexed" to include all the evidence: certificates, photographs, reports, testimonials, etc. For more information you can check the tools section.

Do we need to physically send the portfolio? Or will a picture or video be sufficient? thanks! Lorraine
