Hi Kate,
Thanks for the update on the PACE program. I would be happy to
assist in further research. There are a lot of great programs in the
U.S. In the past couple of years I have been somewhat puzzled that
Prosper Portland hasn't "taken off".
Perhaps Corvallis can have a role in changing that!
I'm glad you have established a state contact for climate
change and Governor Brown's executive order. It only seems logical,
to me at least, to have a point of contact at the state level for
climate change information.
