ODOE to Hold Webinar for Potential Rental Home Heat Pump Program Contractors

Oregon HVAC/heat pump contractors are invited to join the Oregon Department of Energy on June 28, 2023 for a webinar on the soon-to-be-launched Oregon Rental Home Heat Pump Program.

Contractors Webinar

June 28, 2023 | 11 a.m. (Pacific Time)

Log-in information is on ODOE's website

Under this program, approved contractors will be able to reserve incentives to support the purchase and installation of heat pumps and related upgrades in rental dwellings. Contractors will pass the full amount of the incentives on to the dwelling owners as savings on the installations.

The June 28 webinar will focus on providing information to contractors who are interested in participating in the program. We plan to highlight the key information needed for a contractor to register to become an approved contractor, as well as the information they will submit to reserve a rebate or grant when the program fully launches.

ODOE staff will also provide a brief walkthrough of the online contractor registration portal, which will be open for registrations soon.

Additional program information, materials, and relevant links are available on ODOE's website:
