MAYSA Travel Players ONLY - Order New Uniforms for fall/spring

MAYSA players only. 

It is time to order uniforms for new players who will be on MAYSA traveling teams and for players who need replacement uniforms.  

We will order uniforms through Middleton Sports online WEDNESDAY, JULY 22 thru MONDAY, AUGUST 3rd at midnight. The link is at the bottom of this email. Each player needs a BLUE JERSEY, a WHITE JERSEY, BLACK SHORTS and BLACK SOCCER SOCKS.  You do not need to order the socks from Middleton Sports (although they do need to match the team socks if you purchase elsewhere).

Your child's first and last name is required on your order so we can assign numbers and deliver to the correct coaches. Only the LAST name will be on the back of the jersey. 

I will pick up the entire Evansville order when it comes in and deliver to the coaches so they can distribute to players. 

I will assign numbers to all players that have not been on a MAYSA team before or have not played for a few years.

In-house players do not need to order uniforms. All in-house players receive an ESC jersey from their coach once the season gets started.
