Dear all, considering the email Sheila has sent and also the time
frame to the following semester, I urge you to come up with a plan for
the consortium, I know that at our university I will be a long
bureaucratic process to have the document signed. As far as I am
concerned, we must have a draft for the consortium by the end of this
month, otherwise it would be too late!
Also, those of you who did not sent the individual financial reports
and narratives, please do so ASAP!
