Dear all, I agree that the discussions on the forms were very important and I hope this would bring the project further. It would be great to have by mid August both the public and the private site of EVA (the improved versions) up and running.
I looked over the forms sent in this mail by Cai, but it seems they follow the logic before the discussions and that the simplifyed versions should be discussed.

About the new partners.
All new partnership should be made following the principles we agreed upon as follows.
A new partner must write an intent letter to me saying they want to join EVA on the basis of providing at least 1 course for each 10 students brought into the project, or 2 courses minimum, one per each semester (Autumn and Spring). I will then have to ask the permission of EU for these new partners.
As of January 2013 we are able to draft a new agreement (as a consortium or otherwise), since the EU agreement ceases to be in place.

When you open a form, you see the spreadsheet with the output of filled forms (there are not many). To see the actual online form you click on the Form menu and choose “Go to live form”.

TAMK will design all the forms needed, but your input is essential to make it happen the right way.

Please put forms, database and report development on hold. We had yesterday and today project board meeting in Milan and finally we seem to have a joint vision on how things developed. We specified the fields really needed but there are some details yet to be finalized.

It would be important to have the website with the new functions running for the next board meeting in Cluj August 30-31. But how is it with your holidays, Christoph and Lucian? I’m basically having my holidays still next week and back in office August 6th. Is it possible Christoph designs the tables and relations and has Lucian time to implement everything over the three last weeks of August?

Angel, do you have time for a meeting on August 6th? (Please reply to me only)

 

I’m very happy the project board had a fruitful workshop allowing us to implement this part of the project.
