Hi,

I was just discussing the problem of an EVA agreement with Cai.

We will make some suggestions on this and will be back with a proposal by the end of next week.

A signed contract or whatever we will call it is definitely required.

It can simply be a kind of “Letter of Understanding” and/or “Declaration of Intention” at this point but it will surely help to acquire new partners.
