Status, EVA autumn courses

Dear all

How are our autumn students doing?

TAMK courses Film Analysis and Narrative Photography are doing fine and will be closed next week. Our International Services will send the transcripts of your students who have done the courses then as soon as possible.

And the status of the courses run by you?

Contemporary Mainstream Cinema got only two students, both from TAMK. Was the course implemented?

Economic Models in Media? Midterm exam seems to hav had three participants?

Interactive Movies - was the last session last week? The transcripts coming?

Introduction to Visual Culture - last session yesterday?

Metode de cercetare in mass media si cultura vizuala - closing next week?

Production and Distribution Processes (in the media and communication) - closing next week?

So eight courses in the last semester? Please tell when to expect the transcripts. It would be important to get before Christmas if possible. (And why would it not be possible?)

Hello dear colleagues,

both courses are going ok - students in Economic models very involved, hangout twice a week for more than one hour every time - most students read all the material on time, the others catch up quickly - it is not an easy course because there is no textbook to speak of and everybody has to try to make sense of many articles that I've upload in Lecture notes

only one student from TAMK has not been able to participate in the hangouts for technical reasons

all students completed mid-term examination with good-to-excellent grades

Production Processes less participation because we don't have hangouts - one student writes regularly and works more

both courses have closed formally on Nov 28th, according to our schedule at Bicocca - final exams this week and re-examination next week - final grades will be communicated on Dec 13th (first session) and 19th (final session)

I'm enjoying the the exchanges with the students, who are all so much better than almost all of my students here - I wish EVA could go on forever !
