Dear all, the contract is an issue that must be dealt at the University level, so this is not something I could draft. This would be the longest way, that is to make separate Erasmus agreements with each new partners.
Our international office suggested for new partnerships to work according to the existing LLP contract, as stated under ARTICLE II.13 - SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENTS
The new partners should simply address us as beneficiaries and we will include them in an supplementary agreement.
Yours,
Doru

Hi!

Do we have any draft of a contract?

Our quality guide should contain one in the future.

How can we support Gabor in joining EVA at this time?

Cheers,

Robert

Dear Robert,

please could you send me the draft of EVA contract? It would be useful if I could show it to our rector.

Thank You,

Gabor

Hi!

We need at least a description of the procedure how to join EVA, what are the rules, whom to contact, where to send course descriptions and so on.

Every University must somehow accept a kind of EVA agreement, even if we are not a legal body.

For this purpose something in the quality guide should exist.

I will not be able to efficiently look for new partners if I cannot explain them how the things work in detail.

I think a most simple document might already work here.

Cai. Could you explain how do you handle the cooperation with the Salford University?

I think it might be reasonable to have at least a kind of FAQ at the site which answers the most important questions.

I will be in England next week and I do fear a question like the one Gabor asked, because I could hardly answer it.

And again, we need our own formulation of the internal EVA rules. It is not enough to point out to any existing EU document.

Our university would definitely not sign anything which has no official representative.

Since BBU is the head of the project some official statements must probably come from there.

Best,

Robert

Dear all, the legal document EVA functions is the grant agreement signed by all partners with the EU. That is the LEGAL basis of this consortium.

Dear Doru,

I do also believe that a platform like EVA needs more as an Erasmus agreement. Erasmus gives us a framework, but details need to be agreed in a written contract additionally. This contract we have in our mind. It is your task to think about how to draft with us such a contract. It is not the matter of the rectors or vice rectors or international offices to work out that agreement. They will sign it at the end. But the draft has to be developed by the consortium staff workers - you in leading position, Cai, Cesare, Robert, Deszö. You are the parents of the project.

But I agree: send me the standard Erasmus form, you like to use. I will check it.  I do not have such a draft and need it from you. If you do not have it on your computer: Please ask your International Office to send me the draft.

Best regards,
Saskia

Dear All,

today I discussed about EVA with our rector, he is really open to join EVA. He told me that if it is necessary, he will sign a document to certify we would like to join EVA. Actually now our rector asked me to tell everything about EVA to the leader of our International Office (Rajcsányi - Molnár Mónika). So the question is that what our next step is.

Gabor

Dear Gabor, I think the best is to have an official document from your office stating that you want to join the EVA project and we will elaborate a supplementary agreement to the EVA project.
Yours,
Doru
