I don't know why a few of the videos are missing (uploading them took
Paul a lot of time, so he might've overlooked 2-3 files), but I'm sure
it has nothing to do with how the slides were prepared and ran. Scott
Chacon, Piotr Szotkowski and me (and probably a few others) have used
Showoff, which is basically HTML, and the videos are there.
