Hi All
We have an inquiry buy a non-member, but I think it is worth a mention and see what we can come up with.

I have a Cannon Pixma G3600 printer that I have just refilled the black ink in for the first time. However, now it only prints in black intermittently. I can't find anything on the cannon website to assist with this issue. Any suggestions please? Thanks

Deep clean ;- then print check.
The refilled cassette may be faulty.

If LeslieMay's suggestions don't correct it, I would suggest:
(1) Changing it for a genuine Canon Cartridge, or
(2) Taking the printer to Cartridge World or equivalent expert to fill or exchange the cartridge with a non-genuine one
