Filing Conundrum

I would also like to refile all my documents, integrating the “old” documents and the new ones. When I do this, the file paths get very complicated as well as duplicated. When I perform a “search”, I get multiple copies of the same document. Is there a way to smooth and simplify these?

I don't quite follow what the issue is here, I would have to look at the computer. Can it be brought along to the next meeting?
