Hi All

I enjoyed David and Cora's talk on OneNote and although it is a program I don't use a great deal, I needed to use the OCR capability.

I am using Win 10 and so the OneNote on my system comes bundled with Windows as version 17.7070.58001.0. The trouble is, this version does not support OCR, nor does it support Print to OneNote.

It is another case of Microsoft reducing the function of software for whatever reason they never explain.

The way around this is to download and setup an earlier version of OneNote that can be downloaded from Softonics, just Google OneNote download, there are many choices.

So it is not you that is the problem, it is Microsoft, why am I not surprised!

I use One Note desktop application from Office 2010.  The bundled Windows store app won't OCR.  But the stanalone desktop app in my other post should work.
