Hello everybody!

A week from now, EuroPenn will be hosting its third Charity Banquet. Please join us on Thursday, April 2nd at Estia Restaurant for a delicious meal, fun company, and the chance to make a difference by contributing to a good cause. All proceeds will go to Adopt-A-Minefield, a UN-recognized association whose mission involves removing landmines, spreading awareness about the threat they pose, and helping survivors of landmine-related accidents.

  • What: three course meal at one of Philadelphia's favourite Mediterranean restaurants.
  • When: Thursday April 2nd, 8PM
  • Where: Estia Restaurant | 1405 Locust street
  • Dress-code: semi-formal
  • Tickets: $35 (pre-sale only) | $50 (raffle) | $70$ (raffle+gift)
Wharton alumn Samuel Reeves, who started a company called Humanistic Robots, will give a short speech regarding his involvement and that of his company in the fight against landmines. Humanistic Robotics has designed and manufactures a machine that can de-mine a field much like a human foot would, thereby saving lives and allowing people to re-claim their land. Learn more about their mission on http://www.humanisticrobotics.com/ .

Tickets will be sold on Locust Walk from Monday March 30 to Wednesday April 1, as well as on: http://www.europenn.org/charity.php. More information on the event and the cause can be found on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/event.php?eid=88825475680&ref=ts. Please email euro...@gmail.com if you have any questions!

We look forward to an evening in your company!

Thank you for your support,
