I have a problem with "calwrf.exe". 

I did these...

+Mingw                 ✓

+Netcdf                 ✓

+Win7-32bit          ✓

+"Readme" steps ✓

Can you help me with "error opening netcdf file..."  error file. I would appreciate

Hi!

I'm also a research student working with CALWRF, and I've encountered the same problem with mine. Does anyone know what causes this problem?

I've looked into the files, and I have a few guesses why I've been encountering this error:

1. The WRF output files I am using were run on WRF version 4, while the docs say we need version 2 or 3

2. The WRF output files are in netcdf4, but looking at the code it seems like it's looking at netcdf3 files

Would any of this cause problems, and if so, is there any other way of solving them?
