calmet grid setting to match calwrf

I ran wrf earlier to get 3d.dat and I want to input it into calmet, but encounter this error. 

So I re-ran the wrf with a larger grid range and made the calmet grid smaller, but it doesn't work. I use LCC projection in WRF, the same as calmet. The grid resolution is also 3km. What's the problem？
