I have a question related to Calpuff.
I am running Calpuff with ptemarb.dat file. Specifically, I have emissions from one point source only for 2 hours  *you can see this part of the file in the attachment*.

When I am running Calpost the concentrations appear to be zero for the whole period.

Does anyone experience similar problem? or it is not a problem and so that emissions would be acknowledged there exist some minimal temporal frequency so that they would be recorded?
e.g. the emissions need to be presented for several hours long?

Kind regards, Natalia Galkinaexample of ptemarb.dat.jpg

Hi Natalia,  in CALPUFF, there are no minimum hourly emission parameters. If I'm not mistaken, you have an emission at 843+ degrees with a speed of 37+ m/s, and the resulting flux is close to zero, for only 2 hours. There is no ground-level concentration because the buoyancy parameter indicates a significant dispersion of the near-zero flux.

Regard

Roberto
