What's the problem with this species declaration in capluff.inp:

Whose error is this? calpuff.lst? calpost.lst?

I think the problem coud be the CS137, try to run without CS137.

when you run radioactive domain you need to include the  daughter isotopes of each isotope in the source. In this case, CS-137 you need to include BA-137, and BA-137M.

but try first without them,
