I would recommend you to generate a .DAT file using CALPOST with the 1-h averege concentration/deposition fluxes for all your GRID receptors (better if <2500 at total).
Later, you can use a software like Notepad++ to export it to Excel and work on the data in order to create 3 columns, Column 1 and 2 for the coordinates and 3 for the values. After that, you may use Surfer 14 or ArcGIS to create a
.KML file, usable in Google Earth Pro.
Not sure if it is as simple as properly configuring CALPOST to create .GRD (Surfer) or ESRI files (ArcMap), however I found it better to analyse my data before going into the field drawing.
